May 1, 2025: HHS Gender Dysphoria Report, US Department of Health and Human Services issues 409 page report on pediatric gender dysphoria. Recommends that the US change course in favor of the approach adopted by European countries that rejects the affirmation-only model and advances psychosocial interventions. 

April 14, 2025: "HB25-1312 and the silencing of parents: What the Rocky Mountain Summit revealed" by Jenn Schumann in The Rocky Mountain Voice. “From court-ordered gag rules to the looming threat of custody loss, this isn’t hypothetical — it’s happening now. Colorado families gathered at the Rocky Mountain Summit in early April to share what it means to raise children under a system that increasingly treats concern as abuse.”

April 11, 2025: "Injecting Ideology into Colorado’s Custody Cases" by Jimmy Sengenberger in The Gazette. “If 1312 passes, parents seeking therapists who explore root issues rather than automatically affirming gender transition will face even greater barriers — chilling therapeutic approaches and pushing conversations underground. Some clinicians already decline to see minors with gender dysphoria.”

APRIL 10, 2025: "Fertility preservation: is there a model for gender-dysphoric youth?" by Michael Laidlaw, Jennifer Lahl, and Angela Thompson in Frontiers, Frontiers in Endocrinology. “Fertility preservation (FP) for youths with gender dysphoria (GD) poses an additional set of complications and obstacles because of the use of medications which block normal pubertal development such as gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues (GnRHa) and medications which directly alter the genital tract such as cross sex hormones.”

April 07,2025: "‘CROSSED THE RUBICON’: Colorado House Passes Bill Treating as Child Abuse Dissent From Transgender Orthodoxy" by Tyler O’Neil in The Daily Signal. “The Colorado House of Representatives passed a bill Sunday that would remove kids from parents’ custody for behaviors like “misgendering” and “deadnaming” after Democrats cited the Southern Poverty Law Center to justify excluding parental rights groups from discussion on the bill.”

February 19, 2025: "'Misgendering' trans people on their death certificates could be jailable offense under blue-state bill" by Jamie Joseph in Fox News. "And the idea that it's under compulsion, that's unprecedented," Dr. Travis Morrell, a Colorado physician and fellow with the conservative medical coalition Do No Harm, told Fox News Digital in an interview. "Although the misdemeanor is maybe a new little feature that they've added, it's kind of situation normal here in Colorado."  Morrell said he plans to speak at the bill's hearing next week. "This is very much in line with Colorado's overall war on reality and war on scientific truth," he said. "The idea that not only does a doctor or mortician have to lie, they're being tried with jail, that's insane. It's compelled speech."

February 17,2025: "‘Absolutely Nuts’: Blue State Bill Aims To Jail Those Who ‘Misgender’ Dead People” by Hudson Crozier in The Daily Caller. “It’s dangerous and absolutely nuts to threaten doctors with a misdemeanor if they won’t forge a death certificate. But it’s what I’d expect in Colorado,” Dr. Travis Morrell, a Colorado physician and senior fellow with the conservative-leaning medical group Do No Harm, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “The first thing you learn in middle school science is to write in your lab book with a pen; honest data recording is science 101,” Morrell added.
